Awesome job completed by Rik, Mick & the team. Great communication from start to finish, all on time with a great sense of humour. The quality of the product and the build was top notch, with a keen eye for detail. If you want a good job at the right price these are the guys to see. Totally recommend them.

So.... We got 4 quotes for our outdoor area. Only 2 companies could offer us what we wanted due to the custom fitment and design requirements. We choose Matrix for several reasons, Excellent communication, Prompt timing on meetings, Professional approach and hard case English accents. Mike and Rik are as genuine as it comes. They showed up when they said they would and delivered exactly what they said they would. Their communication professionalism and advice along the way was what we would have expected for a project like this. (It was a big spend for us) The finished detail is on point. I have worked in the building industry for over 15 years in architectural design and builds. So I was happy to see we got the same level of detail here on. our own job. Before our project I had never heard of these guys. Some weird Facebook algorithm lead me to their site. (love some Facebook marketing...) We are in Te Kowhai/Hamilton area and they came from Tauranga. Cool story huh.... Cheers guys.

Mike and the team at Matrix did an incredible job for us. They made contact quickly, were really clear and articulate around the options and their recommendations and continued right through the quoting, build and delivery. The outcome itself was exceptional and at a very fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kind of product. Thanks again Mike and team.
