Consultation & design
It starts with a conversation and a free on-site visit. We listen to how you want to use the space, measure up, check sun, wind and access, and talk through materials and finishes. You receive a clear design, often with a 3D visual, and a fixed quote with no hidden extras.
Engineering & manufacture
Once you approve the design, we handle the engineering. If consent is required, we can assist by providing the technical drawings and documentation, but we don’t carry out the consent process itself. Your structure is then precision fabricated in our Tauranga workshop using marine-grade aluminium, and powder-coated in your chosen colour. Quality is checked at every stage.
Installation & handover
Our experienced installers arrive on the agreed date, work efficiently with minimal disruption and leave the site clean. We walk you through the finished project, show you how any motorised systems work and hand over warranty details. Then it is yours to enjoy.

Design sign-off
Final drawings, colours confirmed, engineering, and technical drawings for consent if required.
Manufacture
Fabricated and powder-coated in our Tauranga workshop.
Installation
Typically one to four days on site, then handover.
